Bookkeeping

Our bookkeeping services are individually designed for each client. Every individual and situation is unique, so we will take the time to discuss everything with you to determine what is best for your situation.

There is no charge for the initial meeting to assess your requirements.

Our Bookkeeping charges are $60 per hour, with a one time setup fee depending on level of service.

At every level, the setup Fee includes reviewing the proposed setup with you and making any needed changes. Hourly charges do not apply to setup time.

The Absolute Minimum

At this level, we are maintaining a check register – tracking money in and out of a single account.

This is best suited for keeping records on a personal bank account.

There is no setup fee for this level of service.

Just the Basics

A bare bones recording of income and expenses using a minimal number of accounts.

This is sufficient for a very small business or as a summary for a more involved business.

The setup fee for this level is $99.

General Bookkeeping

The standard for small to midsized businesses, this produces periodic financial reports for internal and external uses. Typically presents income by source and expenses by significant categories.

The setup fee for this level is $149.

Advanced Bookkeeping

More detailed tracking for larger businesses or those with multiple divisions or locations or product lines.

Will provide reports by division or location or product line as well as summary reports for the business as a whole.

The setup fee for this level is $1,049.

Ultimate Bookkeeping

Designed for multiple levels of departments in multiple locations, this level of accounting will enable all levels of management to evaluate the financial aspects of their respective departments and also provides an overview of the entire business. An essential tool for upper management in determining the future of the business.

The setup fee for this level is $2,499.

 

Tax Services

No two income tax returns are the same. Because of this, it is difficult to determine the cost of any return without knowing the details of what is included on that return.

Both receiving Social Security, Two retirement incomes, income from rent house, interest income.

No other income or deductions.

Fee would be $175

Married Filing with Spouse and Dependents

Two children, Earned Income Credit, Child Tax Credit, five W-2s, no other income or deductions

Fee would be $215

Single with Three Dependents

Self Employed, Earned Income Credit, Child Tax Credit,

Depreciation, Travel Expenses, Itemized Deductions including medical

Fee would be $345

Partnership Returns

Discounts

Current and former Military, First Responders, and Returning Clients receive a 10% discount

Bookkeeping Clients receive 30% off their Tax preparation fees

Each new Client you refer earns a 20% discount off your next year's return preparation fees, up to a maximum of a free return
